3. What we use it for. Only to contact you about HushSight: updates, invitations to try it, short surveys. We never sell or rent your data.
4. Legal basis. Your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
5. Sharing. We may use technical service providers (for example for storing emails and sending mail) to run this service; they may process data only on our instructions.
6. Retention. We keep sign-up details until you ask us to delete them or until the early-access program ends, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe, using the contact address that will be published in section 1. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
8. Cookies and analytics. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only remembers your language choice in your own browser (localStorage), and never sends it anywhere. Quiz answers are processed entirely in your browser and not sent anywhere.
9. About the HushSight device (once sold). Video and images from your cameras are processed and stored on the device in your home; we do not receive them. The device sends only event notifications (alert type, time, room name) through a push-notification service. This policy will be expanded before launch.
10. Face data. Face recognition is a coming-soon feature. When available: face data is stored only on the device in your home; a person is enrolled only with their consent (for children, a parent or guardian); it can be deleted any time, and the feature can be switched off entirely. Biometric data is sensitive personal data under current rules.
11. Changes. We will update this page when needed and show the date of the update.
